How does the Annual discount work?+
Annual billing gives you 20% off the monthly rate. Pro becomes ₹1,999/month (billed ₹23,988/year). You can switch to annual from your billing settings at any time.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
We'll notify you when you're at 80% of your limits and again at 100%. We won't hard-cut you off — but we'll prompt you to upgrade. Enterprise customers have custom overage pricing.
Do you offer startup or NGO discounts?+
Yes. We offer 50% off Pro for qualified early-stage startups (under 2 years, under ₹2Cr revenue) and non-profits. Apply at hello@synaplux.com with company details.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers (for annual plans). All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
